Our approach to taking care of your roof
Material delivery
We will contact you one week before a 3rd-party supplier delivers the necessary materials to your Portland property. We will review essential information with you, like where the materials will go and what you’ll need to do to prepare (move vehicles out of the way, store fragile items away indoors, etc.).
2. Lay down tarps
We will lay down tarps and remove all old roofing material. As part of our service, we’ll discard all this material for you.
3. Inspect existing plywood
After the initial cleanup, we’ll inspect your plywood and determine how much roofing requires repair or replacement. Our standard is 1/2-inch CDX plywood.
4. install New pipe boots and ventilation system
We know that moisture is a significant concern in the PNW. That’s why we will provide new pipe boots as an added barrier against moisture intrusion.
Our company will also install a ventilation system to keep air circulation optimal under the roof. Finally, we lay the roofing material of your choice.
5. clean up
Once we’ve completed all the residential roofing work, we’ll tidy up your property one final time. We’ll clear out your gutters and use a magnet around your landscaping to pick up any loose nails and other metal debris.
6. Assess your satisfaction
Our reputation depends on your satisfaction. Therefore, once our team finishes up, we’ll ask for your opinion on the outcome and answer any roofing questions you have. We will make adjustments as needed.
